Overview
At Narye, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days from the shipping date for a refund.
For EU customers (European Union):
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you receive the product (delivery date). The remaining terms are governed by our standard Return Policy.
Return Eligibility
You may return products within 30 days from the date your order was shipped (not the delivery date) if they meet the following conditions:
*For EU customers: 14 days start from delivery date.
✅ Item is unused and in original condition
✅ Original packaging is intact and undamaged
✅ All seals, stickers, and protective films are unbroken
✅ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons:
❌ Personalized beauty boxes created specifically for your individual skin profile based on your questionnaire responses
❌ Cosmetic products with opened, broken, or removed seals (for hygiene and safety reasons)
❌ Gift cards or digital products
❌ Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Note: This policy complies with EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16, which excludes personalized goods and hygiene-sensitive products from the right of withdrawal.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
- Defective or damaged
- Incorrect item (wrong product sent)
- Does not match the description
- You must provide photographic or video evidence within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a return, exchange, or refund.
Required documentation:
- Clear photos or video showing the defect, damage, or discrepancy
- Photos of the product packaging (if damaged in transit)
- Order number and product details

We will review your claim within 3-5 business days and provide instructions for return or replacement.
For defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional charge.
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact us at info@narye-shop.com with:
- Your order number
- Product name(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos or videos (if defective/damaged)
Step 2: Wait for return authorization and instructions (usually within 3-5 business days)
Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging
Step 4: Ship the item to the address provided in our return authorization email
Step 5: Provide tracking information to info@narye-shop.com
Important: Do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Standard returns (change of mind, unwanted item):
- Customer pays return shipping costs
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Return shipping costs are refundable upon providing a valid shipping receipt.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Inspection: We will inspect the item within 2-3 business days
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection of your refund
- Refund issued: If approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Payment method: Refund will be credited to your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.)
- Refund Completion: Refund is considered complete when the funds are sent to the buyer.
If you haven’t received your refund after 30 days:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company or PayPal
- Contact us at info@narye-shop.com with your order number
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:
- Return the original item following the return process above
- Place a new order for the desired item
This ensures you receive your new product as quickly as possible.
International Shipping & Customs
Delivery Timeframes:
Estimated delivery times shown on the website are for reference only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, holidays, destination country, or carrier delays.
Customs duties and taxes:
All customs duties, import taxes, and fees (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Narye does not cover or reimburse any customs charges.
Delays:
Narye is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, courier services, or events beyond our control (such as natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics).
Important for international returns:
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred on returned items.
