Yes, an account is required to shop at “Naryé”. We believe in a personalized approach to beauty. Your account allows our “AI Beauty Consultant” to understand your skin’s unique needs, track your ritual history, and provide tailored recommendations. You can sign up instantly using your Google or Facebook profile, or your email.
At “Naryé”, we’ve made finding your perfect match effortless. You have 24/7 access to our specialized “AI Beauty Consultant”. Simply describe your skin concerns or goals, and she will analyze our range of premium “K-beauty sets” to recommend the exact treatment that suits you.
At “Naryé”, we believe in a holistic and results-driven approach. For this reason, we provide only complete Treatment Sets. Each “skincare box” is produced as a single, unified product where every component is curated to work in synergy. Therefore, individual items are not available for separate purchase.
We offer secure and globally accessible payment options. We accept all major cards via the PayPal gateway. For your convenience, we also maintain local bank accounts in the “USA, the European Union (EU), and South Korea”, which often results in faster processing and lower transfer fees.
How can I pay by Debit or Credit card?
We accept all major cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Your transaction is processed through PayPal’s secure gateway.
Safety First: Your card details are never stored on our website. All transactions happen directly on PayPal’s encrypted servers.
No PayPal account? No problem. You can pay as a guest. Simply click the “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” button on the pop-up screen (see screenshot below).
To complete your payment, please follow these steps:
1. Log in: Ensure you are logged into your Narye account.
2. Select Payment: At checkout, choose the “Credit / Debit Cards” option.
3. Secure Redirect: You will be securely redirected to the PayPal payment window (as shown in the screenshot below).

4. Enter Details: Enter your card information.

5. No PayPal account is required — you can pay as a guest.

At checkout, select the Bank Transfer option. To make it convenient for you, we provide local accounts in several regions:

Once you place your order, you will immediately receive an email with our full banking details. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference.

Note: If you don’t receive the payment info email within a few minutes, please check your Spam folder or contact us directly.
If a bank transfer fails, the issue usually lies with your bank’s internal security filters or international policies. If your card is declined, we recommend using the PayPal gateway (even as a guest). Please note that we cannot influence the internal operations of your local financial institution.
You have a “48-hour window” to request a cancellation or change your selection/address, provided the order hasn’t been dispatched. After 48 hours, the order enters our standard processing and export documentation stage, and no further changes can be made.
If a family member or friend decides they also want a “personalized Korean skincare box” within 48 hours of your purchase, please contact us immediately. If your first order hasn’t been dispatched, we will do our best to consolidate the items into a single shipment to optimize your delivery costs.
Once your selection leaves our facility in Korea (usually within 2–5 business days), we update your status in real-time. You can monitor your package directly in your Personal Account or via the tracking link sent to your email from partners like DHL, FedEx, or EMS.
First, check your “Spam” or “Promotions” folders. If you paid via Bank Transfer or PayPal, please note it may take 3–5 business days for funds to clear. Your order will appear in your Order History as soon as the payment is confirmed in our system.
We take extreme care in packaging every “skincare box”. However, if an issue occurs during transit, please take clear photos of the packaging and products immediately and email us at info@narye-shop.com within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution.

Logistics and Customs
Every personalized Korean skincare box is prepared and dispatched directly from our facility in Goyang City, South Korea. Once your payment is confirmed, we require 2–5 business days to meticulously assemble and pack your treatment, complete the necessary export documentation, and hand your package over to the carrier.
We partner with world-class international carriers to ensure your K-beauty sets arrive safely and efficiently. Our primary logistics partners include DHL Express, FedEx, UPS Korea, and EMS (Korea Post). All these services provide comprehensive end-to-end tracking from Korea straight to your doorstep.
Yes, you can send Narye products as a gift or to your office. On the checkout page, just editing the “Shipping address” box and enter the new delivery details in the form that appears.

Standard shipping via UPS Korea, Korea Post, and EMS is available directly at checkout with fixed rates.
However, we understand that for many countries, DHL Express, FedEx, or specialized Private Transport Companies can be faster and more cost-effective. We have official contracts with these carriers and are happy to provide these services upon request.
How to arrange a custom shipment: Because rates for these carriers vary based on the specific destination, weight, and current surcharges, they are calculated manually to give you the best price.

Our logistics team manually researches dedicated Cargo services and specialized regional carriers to identify the most secure and cost-effective route for your specific destination. We provide a custom quote to ensure your bulk skincare box shipment arrives at the best possible price.
Estimated shipping times (after dispatch):
- Standard Shipping: 20–60 business days.
- EMS Korea: 5–10 business days.
- Premium (UPS Korea): 3–5 business days.
- DHL / FedEx: 3–7 business days.
Please note: These timeframes are estimates provided for informational purposes only. For the most accurate updates, please contact your local post office or the respective carrier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Delivery speeds are subject to carrier performance and local customs processing, which are beyond our control.
Customs policies vary significantly by country. Any import duties, VAT, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We strongly recommend reviewing your local regulations regarding “personal use” limits versus “commercial quantities” and contacting your local customs office before placing an order for our K-beauty boxes.
While Naryé provides all official export documentation from South Korea, every government maintains its own clearance procedures. If your order is held, you may be required to provide identification or pay local fees. If a parcel is rejected by customs at the destination and requires either a return to Korea or disposal, all associated costs will be borne by the buyer. Naryé cannot intervene in local customs decisions or domestic regulations.
Once your personalized Korean skincare box has been shipped and a tracking number is issued, we cannot modify the address from Korea. You may attempt to contact the local carrier directly to request a redirection; however, this depends entirely on their internal policies and regional service capabilities.
Returns and Refunds
Yes, you can. You have 30 days from the date of shipment to initiate a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all seals and labels intact.
*For EU customers: In accordance with EU regulations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Once the protective seal is broken or the product has been used, it cannot be returned due to international hygiene and safety standards. Please note that personalized sets and bespoke boxes are also non-returnable.
Please notify us at info@narye-shop.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos or a video of the issue. Once verified, we will issue a full refund or dispatch a replacement at our expense.
- Standard Returns: If you changed your mind, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Errors or Defects: If the return is due to our error, Naryé will fully compensate the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive and inspect the item (within 2–3 business days), the refund will be issued to your original payment method (Card or PayPal) within 30 days.
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order on our website.
Naryé is not responsible for delays caused by local customs or postal services. However, if a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will assist you in filing a claim.
Yes, absolutely. A return may be declined if the item is not in its original packaging or if proof of purchase (order confirmation) is missing.
